About The Beeches nursing and residential care home
The Beeches is a privately run nursing home and is one of the last remaining individual family-run homes in Worthing. It has been owned and run by Jane Wyatt RGN since 1982. She is a fully-trained nurse in her own right and is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the care home. Her attention to detail and concern for the wellbeing of residents ensures that the nursing home operates to the highest standards.

Indeed, it is the human element that's so important to operating a successful nursing, residential and convalescent home. At The Beeches the staff treat the residents with the utmost kindness and consideration.

Nursing care programme and training
At The Beeches, the ethos is to be the best in all levels of care, which is demonstrated in the fact that, for each 24-hour period, there are trained nurses on duty in excess of the legal requirement, thus providing exceptional levels of elderly care.

The Care Home has 50 staff in total, all of who have reached NVQ level 2 with at least half the care staff at level 3. The accent is firmly on training, with a Training Manager running a structured training programme which always exceeds the standards as outlined by the Commission of Social Care & Inspection.
